Foxfire has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for stock items. Simply return the item in new condition with the packing list within 15 days, and you will get a full refund. For custom work, if we have deviated from your supplied specifications or artwork, we will refund your purchase.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all refused shipments and on all items returned after 15 days. Credit card returns are subject to an additional 3% fee. To qualify for a full or partial refund, returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of product.
If the purchaser is not satisfied that any item purchased is as described on the website, or if any other warranty, expressed or implied, is breached in any manner, Foxfire, at its option, agrees to repair or replace the item at its own expense or to refund the purchase price of such items. This is the sole remedy granted by Foxfire. In no event will Foxfire be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages whatsoever.
